sour flowers

I've always enjoyed being in the kitchen, thanks to my dad's delicious cooking, but since moving out for college I've come to appreciate it much more. During my freshman year, I lived in a dorm with a very offputting communal kitchen (no fridge, boarded-up sink, dubious stickiness on the counters...the only things that worked were the oven and stove) and I only ended up using it once or twice. In that time, I found myself longing for a decent, personal kitchen, and I collected a lot recipes online and wrote down my favorites from my dad as well. Now I have my own little apartment, and more importantly, my own kitchen, so I cook quite often. :)

I'll only add recipes that I've actually made, I'll make sure to share the source if it's one I found online, and I'll add any notes like tweaks I made or tips I want to share!

Most of these will be pescatarian; I don't eat much meat.
